Project Four

The target for this project is an enzyme whose mis-regulation plays a key role in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). By controlling the enzyme’s activity aim to develop treatments for PTSD.

We have identified several hit series via high throughput screening that modulate this target and are currently conducting further validation studies with these compounds to support their further optimisation.
